LITTLE CEASARS

Protecting What Moves Fast Supporting Little Caesars’ rapid expansion with code-compliant fire protection engineered for cold storage, production, and speed-to-market delivery in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Little Caesars is actively expanding its national footprint using a design-build delivery model focused on speed, repeatability, and operational efficiency. This strategy includes modular and “box-in-box” construction concepts that allow facilities to be delivered on highly compressed timelines while supporting temperature-controlled food production, storage, and distribution needs.

For the Gaffney, South Carolina project, Little Caesars required a fire protection partner capable of designing and executing a system that could integrate seamlessly into an existing building while supporting new cold storage, freezer, and production environments—without disrupting ongoing operations or compromising life safety.

Value Delivered

North American Fire Protection delivered a comprehensive, NFPA 13-compliant fire sprinkler solution engineered specifically for a complex food production and cold storage environment. Working in close coordination with Primus Builders, the NAFPCO team supported a phased construction approach that allowed modifications and new installations to be completed while maintaining system integrity.

Special attention was given to freezer and cooler spaces, where ESFR dry pendent sprinklers were utilized to protect high-challenge storage conditions while minimizing freeze risk. By sequencing work carefully and coordinating closely with other trades, NAFPCO helped keep the project aligned with schedule expectations and inspection requirements, supporting Little Caesars’ broader speed-to-market growth strategy.
