The project was designed to support importer-focused logistics operations, requiring fire protection systems capable of performing reliably across freezer, refrigerated dock, dry storage and office environments.
Given the complexity of cold storage operations, including tall storage heights, varying commodity classifications and freeze-sensitive areas, the client required a fire protection partner with deep cold-storage expertise who could deliver a compliant, efficient and highly reliable life safety solution without disrupting construction schedules.
